New Patient Appointments

Dental Exam and X-ray

When you first arrive, you’ll be greeted by our receptionist and asked to fill out any forms that have not yet been completed. Please be sure to bring a copy of your insurance card with you.

Once everything is completed, you will be escorted back to one of our patient care rooms, where Dr. Ally will come by for just a moment before the exam. Then our assistant will take a series of x-rays to ensure that we are able to screen for any underlying dental conditions. After that is complete, Dr. Ally will come back into the room to perform a comprehensive oral examination as well as an oral cancer screening and periodontal assessment. If your mouth is free of gum disease, Dr. Ally will most likely clean your teeth during the very same appointment if time allows.

Should you need any treatment, such as a filling or deep cleaning, Dr. Ally will discuss those findings with you. One of our care coordinators will create a custom care plan for you to review, which discusses the protocols for scheduling as well as your estimated insurance benefits.

Choice Dental Care accepts nearly all PPO insurance plans, including Medicaid patients under the age of 21. Financing options are also available.
